We go through the drive -thru when we visit here. The employees at the drive -thru are couteous,friendly, and always have a smile. Most of the time, you can get through the drive-thru in about 10 minutes. That's from the time you put your order in until you get your order. At lunch time is the busiest time and we have had to wait 15 or so minutes
OK for a quick meal or snack on the go. Convenient in travel stop with fuel and clean restrooms.
Slow service, ordered a med fry and a 20 ct nugget. They said they were waiting on fries 5 min later they had to re cook the nuggets. We were refunded our money amd the staff was nice.
Greeted when we arrived. Dinning area was clean and nicely decorated.Very nice experience!
Went to this McDonald's today. Came inside and ordered two big Mac meals and a siracha meal to dine in. We got two big macs, three medium drinks and two medium fries to go. My husband went up to get his fries to find out that the girl at the cash register, who was standing one foot in front of us at the time only put in the two big Mac meals. Not to mention when he went to talk to them about there were people standing behind the counter talking and laughing instead of doing their jobs. McDonald's restaurants may just be cheap fast food but they really need to start doing their jobs.
