Pretty nice for the price. We were there to tent camp for one night. We weren't sure where to set up our tent because it lacks signage and no map, but our stay was fun, and good for the price. The restroom could use some improvement-- it's not nice, but you are camping, again you get what you pay for I guess. But in my opinion some of the nicer camp sites can be overpriced and charge to even shower. But It'd be nice if they at least had two stalls, especially since the shower is in there too-- someone takes a long shower, means I would go in the river. The bugs in the bathroom were pretty awful, but the bugs are always the worse part of camping for me. Most sites seem to have electric and water included which was nice. We wanted to do the horseback riding but it started the same time as our float time. Griffin Park just needs some minor improvements to be better, and if you need help with signage and maps- I'd be happy to help! I was told the food is good at the pub, have to try it next time! Met a nice family but the park was pretty empty. Overall it was a good stay.
Terrible! Don't waste your money. Grass hasn't been mowed, can't get too water because it's so high. Got covered in chiggers. 1 stall bathroom for the entire park that you wouldn't want to use. Used to be a nice place but not any longer. Completely run down. Nothing has been maintained. No one on duty. Place seems shady and possibly unsafe. Website is very misleading. Paintball is overgrown and very cheap, pool and poolhouse are rotten and falling down, stage no longer maintained, zipline platforms have fallen and are hanging down from the tree. Bar/restaurant is a joke. It's a shame that they have let the property go.
