My son rented a cabin on Friday night and ended up going to a hotel because of roaches! There was even a roach in the bed. The are never open or answered the phone for my son to complain or try to get a refund!!

We were supposed to leave at 10. Driver showed up at 10:35. Canoe leaked from a crack. we got back at 5 and called. Called back in an hour and were told that the driver missed us. The woman on the phone blamed me and said I should have approached the driver, but the bus isn't labeled and I had no way of knowing who was our driver. After another 30 minutes I called again. Again she was completely unapologetic and blamed us for being left there. The driver finally showed up 2 hours later. I wish I would have read reviews. This was a terrible experience.

We went here on a Church trip and canoed the Spring river. It was about a 3 hour trip including a stop for lunch on a sand bar. This was the first time we had canoed, we usually Kayak but they did not offer doubles. It was a lot of fun but I would not recommend this trip (Low water bridge - Hardy Beach) for families with young children or first timers.

Three rivers outfitters in Hardy has no concern for it's customers. I bought a 70 dollars perso n tube tok float the spring river, plus paid 14 dollars per person to drop me off. The van was in serious disrepair. The driver dropped us off and left before we entered the water. Before Connie Veteto and i could enjoy the river in our new purchased double tube, we noticed a hole in the bottom. We had to walk the whole 4 hour float trip without a float. When we finally confronted the person in charge, she offered us a patch that we purchased with tube, but didn't receive with our purchase, to repair hole. Would have been nice over four hours before we had to walk it. She said they don't do refunds, even though her driver told her what i said was true. Don't use three river outfitters in Hardy. I even explained my medical condition to them. They said oh well and began patching the tube I left behind so they can sell it again. Help me close down these heartless people. It's harder to do things as a cancer survivor, even harder when people take advantage of y ok. I told them.

Terrible place! Terrible services. No concern for human life. Faulty equipment. Bad bad bad business. Almost drowned on the river due to faulty equipment. They wouldn't answer the phone, wouldn't pick us back up for two hours and blamed us for everything and overcharged us without permission. These people are dishonest and rude. How are they still in business? How have they not been shut down?
